What tutoring centers need from an LMS
Scheduling and billing tools keep a tutoring center running, but they do not hold the learning itself: the worksheets, the homework, the quizzes and the results. School LMSs do, but they are built for districts, with setup and training to match.

Tutors only see their own subjects
Invite tutors as teachers and assign them subjects. They can edit content, create assignments and exams, grade submissions and open the gradebook of those subjects. They cannot change your settings, billing, website or other tutors' access.

Is Acatudy a scheduling or billing tool for tutoring centers?
Acatudy focuses on the learning side: content, homework, practice, exams, grades and student payments through Stripe. It has a calendar and bookable 1:1 sessions, but it is not a payroll or tutor-hours tool.
Can families pay online?
Yes. You connect your own Stripe account and sell access by subscription or one-time payment. The money goes to your Stripe account.
Do I need a plan with assignments?
Assignments are included from the Basic plan. Live classes, 1:1 sessions, certificates and the missed-question review are included from the Professional plan.
Can students use it on a phone?
Yes. Acatudy works in any modern browser and students can install it on their home screen as a web app.
How many students can I have?
As many as you want: no plan limits the number of students, not even Free. Plans differ in courses, storage and features; see the pricing page for every limit.
