About Acatudy
Acatudy is a web platform for tutoring centers, test prep centers and online academies. It brings together the website, the courses, the practice, the exams, the grades and the payments that a small teaching business needs.
Start on the Free plan: it never expires and needs no credit card. Upgrade whenever you need more.
In short
Acatudy exists so that people who teach for a living can run their academy online without stitching together a quiz tool, a course tool, a website builder, a payment link and a spreadsheet. One login for the academy, one for each student, and everything in between.

Teach
Subjects organized in units, with lessons, videos, documents, required reading, live classes and 1:1 sessions.
Practice and assess
A question bank, unlimited practice tests, timed official exams and assignments with grades and feedback.
Track
A weighted gradebook, statistics for every student and certificates when the work is done.
Grow
Your own website and domain, enrollment and payments with Stripe, and email to stay in touch with students.
What we believe
- Practice and exams are different things. Practice is for learning and can be repeated; official exams are what count. Acatudy keeps them apart on purpose.
- Your content is yours. Your questions, materials and student list belong to your academy. You can export your question bank and gradebooks, and students can download their own data.
- Multilingual from the start. Acatudy works in English, Spanish, French and Italian, for academies and for their students.
- Honest product pages. Our guides describe the product as it is today, and our feature pages only describe features that exist.
